Digital Tensile Strength Tester |
|
 |
Digital Tensile Strength Tester for Textiles is based on the Constant Rate of Traverse (CRT) principle. The sample is held between two jaws, the upper one is a stationary jaw while the other end is made to move at a known fixed speed with the help of Motor, Gear Box and Lead Screw arrangement (75mm or 300mm per minute). The load exerted on the Stationary jaw is sensed by a sensor connected with load cell which directly indicates the load in Digital form in kgs. The Elongation of the Test Specimen is measured on a Three Type of Tests can be operated on this unit.
- Fabric Tensile Strength & Elongation of Fabrics.
- Strength Testing of Lea/Hanks.
- Seam Slippage Testing.

Washometer II for AATCC Testing |
The washometer is used for determining colour fastness of textile materials to washings. This is attained by mechanical agitating a specimen of textile in contact with pieces of specified adjacent fabrics in a soap-soda solution, before being rinsed and dried. The change in colour of the specimen and staining of the adjacent fabrics are assessed with standard grey scales.

Digital Pilling Tester consists of two wooden cubical boxes with inside surfaces lined with special standard cork sheet and outside surfaces beautifully laminated. These boxes are rotated about their central axis at a specified speed with the help of a geared motor. A Pre-set Digital Counter stops the motor automatically after the desired number of revolutions.

Perspirometer |
The test for determining the resistance of the color of Textiles of all kinds and in all forms to the action of Human perspiration.
Color Fastness of Dyed or printed fabrics, against perspiration, is determined by exposing the fabric sample to the action of both alkaline and acidic reagents, while in contact with undyed adjacent fabrics on both sides.
Note : Perspirometer can also be used for Testin Color Fastness against sea water & Water.

Color Matching Cabinet (Spectrum ASIA) |
Specturm ASIA provides standardised and controlled environment for visual assessment of colors. It is suitable for all applications where there is a need to maintain Color consistency and Quality.
It allows a person to evaluate Color Samples under different Light Sources:
-
Artificial Daylight (D-65)
- Cool White Light (CWF)
- Tungsten Filament Light (Domestic Light Matching)
- Ultra Violet Black Light (Whites & Fluorescent Dyes)
- TL-84 Light -Triphosphor fluorescent Light (Point of Sale)
The use of Multiple Light Sources is the only way to detect
Metamerism - a phenomenon where samples appear to match under one Light source but are distinctly different under another.
SPECTRUM II is a universally preferred choice for Faster, Closer and Accurate Color Matching. |
