Washometer III for ISO & AATCC Testing |
|
 |
The washometer is used for determining colour fastness of textile materials to washings. This is attained by mechanical agitating a specimen of textile in contact with pieces of specified adjacent fabrics in a soap-soda solution, before being rinsed and dried. The change in colour of the specimen and staining of the adjacent fabrics are assessed with standard gray scales.

Traverse Thread Counter |
One of the most common measure of the quality of a fabric is the number of threads per unit length in both the warp and weft directions. In this apparatus a motorised travelling microscope is used for viewing the weave of the fabric under test.
Openings of known widths are provided to enable picks and ends per unit length to be determined both in Metric and Imperial Systems. The base of the apparatus is meticulously finished in Metallic Blue Paint and all other parts are made of Stainless Steel for trouble free life long operations.

Safe T : Needle Detection |
It is a Single Channel/Probe Equipment, with advanced electronic circuitry & controls having latest control panel, which eliminates all chances of the broken parts of the needle and iron particles passing by in a Garment. It can detect any Iron particle as small as 1.0 mm, SAFE - T is a 10 Sensor Unit which ensures its accuracy and dependability.
The lightening indicator on the digital control panel makes it convenient for the operator to find the exact location of the broken needle. Further the Digital Counter on the panel can also calculate how many units have successfully passed the test and how many have failed and will also give the value of the total number of products tested on the unit.
Complete unit with a CALIBRATION CERTIFICATE, Traceable to NPL, along with an Inspection and Conformance Certificate.

Stiffness Tester |
|
 |
A widely used method for determination of Stiffness of Fabric is cantilever Test method. In this test, the fabric specimen is allowed to bend under its own weight as the length, of the overhanging portion of the specimen, is gradually increased. The free length which bends under its own weight sufficiently to make its leading edge intersect a plane of 41.5° inclination, is taken as the measure of stiffness of the fabric.
